you need to provide a lot more information if you want help. the biggest question might be your age as most places [especially in the states] it is illegal to teach a minor about a religion without parents permission and most reputable teachers [or those knowledgeable enough to teach] could face jail time, and therefore would not teach.
you need to also be as specific as possible. a person who is a 'master' of voodoo might agree to teach you, however, you wanted to learn Celtic paganism. age of the teacher and years of study is very important to be sure they know what they're talking about and you don't get led down the wrong path. many people who agree to teach might have some basic information down, and feel like teaching. a noble effort, but they don't have the experience, they just memorized some definitions. explaining what you are looking for is important.
on a side note for those who really feel ready to teach, think about your schedule [the student should look at theirs as well] do you have the time, energy, and patience for someone who will have a million questions for you, some valid, some not? at one point, you were new, and you thought magick was what you saw on tv. be prepared to be asked 'fluffly' questions a lot.
