It is perfectly normal for teenagers and adults to do this. This happens to teenagers because their hormones start to rage and they are experiencing stress along with school and other things. This even happens to adults at times when they are stressful and very busy. Sometimes it can be caused because you are off balanced. Perhaps look into your chakras and anything that is causing you to be unbalanced. If your anger has been taken out on your family before then it has been released. You most likely want to get rid of this anger. Just remember that all humans get angry. Anger is perfectly normal even though we may not like it.
You probably want to try something to calm yourself down or to get rid of any stress. We all need to calm down and get rid of some stress once and a while. Stress can be very negative.
Here are some things that I find useful: A warm bath or shower, meditation (you can look for ways to meditate or a guided meditation on Google and YouTube), something to squeeze, getting more sleep, some tea, or even some soft and nice music. Try to relax. Cleanse yourself if you need too. Anything that you can find to calm yourself down will work.
It might be a good idea to find the trigger of this anger. Speak to a counselor or get help from a parent or family member.
