different hemisphere

hi i am from South Africa i was wondering if a magic spell can be cast defferent from north-hemisphere and south-hemisphere.

Yes you can. Magick isn't confined to one area or can only travel so far, of the caster focused correctly and knew exactly where the person being cast over was, it can be done. I've done readings for people when all I knew was their profile picture and user name. You just need focus, the more information makes things easier.
