That's a moral question and your going to get different answers from different people. My guess is the majority will label it as wrong while a smaller number will support it. Then there are those who live in what you might call a grey area who seem to believe it's alright as long as the spell isn't specific as some seem to believe a general spell to draw someone to you only speeds up the natural process, but those who believe this seem to be the minority. The keyword is make, as in your forcing your will on someone else. In the end the question isn't as much if it's right or wrong, but rather regardless of the moral implications would you do it? You're the only one who can answer that question.
I have pondered this very thing myself, on many occasions. I would say in the end, for me personally I would not. The Law of 3 must be heavily considered, and you should ask yourself: Would I want to be bound myself? Being bound or binding another is no matter to take lightly. I would, however, consider casting an attraction spell, and see where it goes from there. Love is the most powerful force in the Universe, and the truest love amongst us is the kind that originates from free will. I would personally not wish to disrupt the balance of the universe any more than it already is. This is just what I would personally do.
I would first ask that person aot, anyway love spells just make the person think they love you not actualy love you, in my opinion you cant go right with a love spell, but like it said above a question of morall
