well for bullying, try gathering evidence and telling someone in authority. if it's online, it might sound dumb, but don't go on those sites, block those people, or just ignore. just be sure to document the incidences and ask any witnesses to help if needed. i was bullied as a kid, so i know how bad it can be, but talking and standing up is the best thing you can do really. it's not easy, but they should leave you alone if they don't get a rise out of you.
for your stress lavender, mint or chamomile are good ways to relax. be careful with the chamomile, especially if you have ragweed allergies as it has been known to irritate people. you can add these herbs to teas, baths, and/or pillows to help you relax and sleep easier. try having a warm bath with lavender, just sit and breath deeply for a few minutes with your eyes closed. just let everything flow into the water, so when you pull the plug your stressed flow down the drain.
