well, I don't know about the fluff part but you did ask a concrete question, you got some responses.
like I said, the first thing that came to my mind was a glamour spell on yourself to help your writing/speaking skills.
As for attacking the problem from the opposite angle; how to influence a group. I honestly don't know. you could look into some ceremonial stuff involving angels or goetian beings? but that's advanced stuff that's going to require a lot of work and practice on your part. a rewarding path to be sure, but not an immediate answer to your question.
You didn't break any rules, but some people look at a profile, and a post history and wonder if this is a serious request or just some fluff. hang around long enough and youll see why. but do not take it personally.

I did not meant to insult anyone sorry. I was just shocked to be accused. This is a serious request as I thought this site would be the most appropriate for that kind of question. I'm already trying out some spells I myself found here. It's not a fluff, but if nothing from here is going to work I'll have to look somewhere else as I have time till the end of January, after that the time is up and there won't be any chance for the justice to be served. I really don't care for negative consequences, bad karma etc. for me as I'm willing to sacrifice my hapiness for this intention. I hope I'm at peace with all of you and thank you for useful responses.

Information is not just handed out without explanation, reputation or respect beyond advice to further your own studies. Personaly, i feel somewhat responsible in how i share information.
