Hey all you lucky people!

Rohan here!

New here. Born to a pagan white mother and a Blackfoot father, so all my life I had been surrounded in a magickal life. After HS I started to investigate deeper into the arts of magick. But I was quickly discouraged by all the books I saw on the shelves at bookshops. on top of that I was mentally and physically abused by a few Wiccans I met. So I returned back to basics where I simply work with shamanic arts and Keltic magick.

Not into all this Wiccan bling one is subjected to, that you need to wear all these robs and have knives, herbs, candles and and $1000 of supplies. My magickal and shamanic tools are simple and most earthly. And I have accomplished my magick in my life.

My totem is the deer and elk and my godparents are Herne and Reye, for obvious reasons though I was born under the totem of the Wolf. My element is earth, though I work with all of them. Favorite stones are tiger's eye and snowflake obsidian. Most of my spell work is down with sand, that is sand-painting. When not working in sand I do a lot of saging and purging work. Also spend a lot of times mixing and playing with herbs.

I am a very positive person, even when the odds are against me. I try to see the best in everything and try to avoid negative people. Live is is too short to cling to negative.

So that's me! Hit me up and lets talk.

I will admit that my guild and I myself do love collecting some tools. Most of the tools we have are hand made. But I agree with you that its not about the tools you use, its about the power inside the person themselves.

My father taught me the shamanic ways of the Blackfoot. The first thing he ever taught me was that the body if the power and the center. From us we can give, take or manipulate energy as need be. And until I understood that, he taught me nothing else.

Sand painting is great magick, from what I've seen. No, no need for expensive things to live a magickal life. Magick is everywhere. Make the most of it. BB
