Who is experienced in chi manipulation on this site?

Well from what I remember chi either equals life force or energy I cant remember. And what can u do with energy now that's a odd question.

chi is the life energy. our energy.

im not experienced in chi manipulation. but i can teach you some of my experiences.
everyone has the power in manipulating their.
relax and meditate. feel the current flowing from the tip of your toe upwards.
then feel yourself. know your energy. you can also feel what part of your body which aches or in sickness

let your inner self show and the chi manipulation would be so natural and free flowing

you can also dance. move your body the way it wants to
again, let it move the way it wants to.

Close your eyes sit or lye in a comfortable position. Play a simple calming soothing tune in your head and open yourself up(just stay calm and alert). Now see a blue mist surrounding the area and coming into your glass like body and fill you up feel that and feel it surround you. Don't force it let it flow and feel it. That is the first step to manipulating: feeling.
