Ginsing is good for energy. Also B vitamins, but you can overdose on either.

Its possible to overdose on anything. Do you know if sweegrass has any use I saw tons of it when I was in Arizona

If one is going to use herbal medicine then I'd recommend learning about it from a book specifically on that subject, not one written for magic herbalism. While herbs are certainly natural and can be very therapeutic if used correctly, they can be very dangerous if you don't know exactly what you're doing.

As a basic book I'd suggest "Herbal Medicine" by Dian Dincin Buchman. Lots of good, and safe, recipes in that for basic herbal cures.

Sweetgrass is used for smudging, cleansing. Sage is also used as smudging herb. Burning it around your place in counter-clockwise cleanses your place of spirits, ghosts, and unwanted energy.
