Candle went out
I was going to start a forgiveness spell just now, using 3 candles to represent the 3 people in the situation. I was able to successfully light the first candle with a matchstick, and the second one as well, but when I got to the third candle which represented me, the flame was getting far too close to my fingers and the heat was hurting me so I blew out the match and was going to light another match but I notice the 2nd candle had gone out during those 5 seconds. I then tried lighting another match over and over again and it wouldn't light up. I took this all as a sign and stopped. Could this have happened because I'm not meant to be forgiven or will not be forgiven? Or, was my energy a little scattered? Can I try the spell again later or is it best to leave it alone after this?

It probably happened because you were distressed, stressed and worried.

It happened to me, not once, but the spells worked just fine after that.

Though I didn't stop after that, just light it all up again and went on.

Matches can be tricky to light and when you blew out the match the air current probably caused the other candle flame to blow out.

If you think you should wait then wait, but I wouldn't read too much into the candles going out and issues with the matches. It could be chalked up to a lot of different things.

Some candles, especially cheap ones, can tend to not burn well or completely. You might want to try the spell again using different candles and see if that helps.

Thank you all for your suggestions and advice. The second candle could have very well been blown out while I blew out the match, I just didn't notice it go out. I tried the spell again while I was more calm and focused, and this time there weren't any problems.
