I would recommend that the first thing you must do is learn to feel the energy around you at any time. Without putting much effort into it. It may take some practice but when you reach that point your "third eye" will be open and you will be able to "see" alot more.

An other suggestion which is one I use alot in the classes I teach (with GREAT success of my student witches) is to have a friend randomly place a picture into an envelope and then you draw what you see. See how close you come to the actual picture. I've seen this technique used alot by law enforcement as well.

Notice the "small" yet big things, like specific lines that match in the picture. For example you may be drawing triangle points, and the picture has mountains in it.

meditation is a good way to open your third eye.

Is there any special incense or anything i need?

im sure there are but i never used any.

You will never will learn to read minds like in the movies, that is a false belief unless we get to evolve faster than predicted... O_O in any case, you can more like guess the thoughts since you get more of pictures and some what random words.. when reading minds.. and probably can get a very good guess if you are good at reading body language.. plus if you are a good empath
