Young need a spell, like ^ said. You can do simple things like writing down your feelings on a piece of paper, and ripping it and letting the wind blow it away if visualizing the ealosuy leave your body as the desctuction of the paper (if tahrs what you'd decide to do) also destroys the emotion :)
You can also try visualizing it all collected in one place that's easiest for you to imagine it at, in a ball form (or preferable shape) make it suck itself in imagining it all going into a vortex.
An incantation can also help. Or cleansing yourself.
