I would first research about charakas, opening the third eye, charaka healing, and different meditation exersises, some witches use exersises like yoga, ti chi, and zen to focus their mind and release their energies.
If meditation keeps getting disturbed, put on some relaxing music, burn soothing insense to relax and focus on opening your charakas and exploring them.
