I tried alot of techniques, rolling, climbing, floating etc..
I just tried a guided meditation that alot of peoples succeed in... Didn't work.. My eyes just opened by them self 40mins in the guided meditation.
Its because your trying to do it it makes it extremely difficult. But when you dream you also do a smaller range of astral progection. Its allowing your body and mind to be focused on one thing. If your having any other trouble you gotta think of nothing. No technology or divces need to be around.
only time it happened to me is when i wasn't tired and i started daydreaming and closing my eyes, listen your probably scared to do AP, even though u tell yourself your not, tbh u need to mentally ready yourself, mediate, but don't except just try and calm down the emotions you have towards AP
and make sure your not mentally drained as well meaning tired otherwise youll just pass out and only remember your dreams before u wake up the next day
