He has become popularised recently due to a recent film. By doing so and people thinking about him and directing thoughts at him I would argue it creates a thoughtform with a little kick. Probably nothing worse than astral fodder.

What is Zozo? I know spirits love a good scare. Never ask that which you don't truly want the answer to.

it's a demon [some feel is the devil, or similar to the devil] that speaks through the Ouija Board. it starts out nice, but becomes mean, and eventually will attack the people who live in the house. i personally feel it isn't real, especially since all the stories/testimonials i've found are copy/pasted to different sites. the main one i've found says the same thing; the person is experienced with the board, but now they're so terrified they refuse to speak the name 'Zozo' out loud, and then proceed to tell the reader of how it attacked the writers girlfriend and/or baby girl.

  • the best advice i can give for anyone who uses a Ouija Board, use it properly, cast a circle, cleanse the board and the room after every use. be sure to cast protection spells on yourself and your home regularly depending on how often you use the board. if you believe Zozo is real, don't tempt fate.

I have come across this forum trying to find out how to control this so called demon, ZoZo.

Just today, a few friends and I decided to play with an Ouija board. We encountered ZoZo and he has told me everyone playing will die tonight. I had communicated with this demon the day before yesterday. That same night, my friends experienced a silhouette opening the door and their radio started cracking up.

I still don't know if this is a friend moving the planchette, but it seemed pretty realistic...

Did you see this shadow or its just what your friend said? Also, I'll put money down that you will all wake up tomorrow alive and well. Zozo myths date back to the early 2000's and it's the exact same story copy and paste, word for word. If you actually believe this, one, why would you want to tempt fate? [don't poke the bear if you're afraid of bear attacks] and two, what makes you think you're so awesome you could control a demon who, up until now, has gone around destroying the lives of everyone it encounters? If this all happened to be real, please let your final request be to document this Zozo to prove us wrong but as it stands, you'll be fine, and your friends are trying to out scare each other.

Zozo is a demon; And a not very strong one at that.. Theres really no concern for him, he's simply bored and scaring kids at sleepovers is his past time.

Actually, Zozo, if anything but an urban legend, is a thoughtform.
