Colour help

So I have been using colour magick for about 6 years and today I actually came across a candle with a colour I have never heard of. It's called Carolina Blue. anyone ever heard of this one or know what I can use it for? (I know I can use it for the West cardinal point)

As a North Carolinian, I am quite familiar with the color. Use it similarly to how you would use a light/sky blue.

So like protection of young males, rain, humanity, originality etc?
