Ok So since I posted this morning the spirit is definitely still here. It is adjusting the fan in my room. My personal fan. I am not afraid of it at all in fact I actually find it pretty funny. I will take a look at the spells given to me here if it get worst but its only like one crazy thing a day. it's not bad however I do laugh when it does something strange is this bad? Should I just not even pay attention at all and pretend it's not here?

This is going to sound insane but I think this is pretty cool but still worried about the cat. I noticed as well she barely sits with me during the day anymore since the ghost showed up a couple of days ago. The cat is the only reason I would want to get rid of the spirit because my self personally I don't care about them not scared of them at all.

Even if you don't mind the spirit hanging around, and if it isn't necessarily hurting you, it's still not a good idea to let it just run around your house without some restraints. I was in a similar situation a few months back, and while the spirit lingering didn't bother me, it became malicious with some of the other people I share the space with. We didn't do anything about it, and it got so bad that we had to have several different special spiritual workers (priests, shamans, etc.) to come in and help us out. The best advice I got for dealing with cohabitation with spirits/entities/wonky energies is to set boundaries - outline explicitly what the spirit can/can't do if it continues to linger around your home. I'd recommend just cleaning out your house, just to be safe. Just remember that your space is YOUR space, and thus you have the ultimate say over what comes in and what has to get out.

Simplest suggestion (seeing as the spirit hasn't done anything to warrant an exorcism):
Light one blessed white candle and walk to the North side of your house and say the following, "This is my home and I cast you out."

The next part is personal preference; You draw a holy sign into the air, my suggestion is either the upright pentagram or the Christian cross (the cross because a large portion of people throughout history were christian at one point and no matter the type of spiritual presence they will recognize it.)

Continue this traveling clockwise to the West, South, and finally on the East side you modify the line slightly. "This is my home and I cast you out onto the winds to never again find this place."

After this is done continue too do the procedure ( using the first line mentioned) to every window and door of the home. Remember not just literal one cracks in the wall count as well, This will flush the presence out of the house and keep it out.

If you feel it necessary to do so you can end by doing the procedure to the north, west, south, and east of your yard as well to completely remove it from the property if need be.

Yes its it make someone unable to rest until they have returned to you. I think my spell affected the wrong person now. I got an email two days ago from my ex ( who is now married ) saying that he has been craving me. Craving is the word he used which I think the spell affected him instead of my intended.
