To start your meditation session, locate a quiet place and adjust your self into a comfortable sitting position. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and exhale slowly. Listen to your breathing and let your mind conjure up positive images. Focus on a special place, memory, person, or goal. And let your breathing go deeper, inhaling ang exhaling at the pace where your body feels most comfortable. Do your best to concentrate on the chosen image, but don't force anything. Once you feel your meditation is complete, return your breathing to normal, mentally thank the higher powers, and slowly open your eyes.
