weird nightmare
I had a nightmare today that i cant figure out: i started off in a dark room with a door leading outside there was abandoned furniture and a staircase. After i caught a glimpse of the room i heard a scream that right away reminded me of a banshee (screaming death omen from irish myth) then i tried to run out the door but it closed and i saw a glimpse of something trying to get inside the house. (i only saw a small dark figure) after this i was forced to turn around and i saw the banshee (or whatever it was) then it screamed and a force made me slide towards the banshee, and it tried to stab me with something but i ducked and pulled a white bick lighter (i own one and at the time it was above my head) and burned her face. She fell towards a dresser that was in the room, leaned on it, and started crying i kept burning her with the lighter and bit her then the dream ended.

Can anyone tell me what this could mean? Im typing this at 6 am so Im sorry if there are any spelling mistakes

My advice is : try to get meanings by yourself. In my opinion, dreams i interpret by myself are more qualified for my. And why do I present this statement?

Because you are the one who had the dream, and you do remember all of the details and information by one to one. Even if you will try to provide all of the information you have in your head here, you will still have more potential to get better meanings by yourself. As you know, sometimes we forget to write down some things that we dreamt about.
Also do not forget that people have different meanings and explanations for the things they see. If one person will tell you an explanation of a symbolic item you have seen in a dream, another person might have another meaningful explanation to tell about the symbolic item you have seen.
So i advised you to do it by yourself since you might have other explanations for symbolic things such as specific items which you dreamt about because it is what it means for you. Here your idea is what matters, so it is the best to get meaning about your dreams by yourself. Remember that you dream about meaningful things for you, and that is why you are the one who has to think about your own dreams.

Go and read about how to get meanings about your dreams, write down details about your dreams - and get information and gather your explanations about any detail one by one. Trust me, the results will be amazing and it will be the best interpretation you can ever get.
Though if you still wish to get someone else who will do this thing for you (less recommended), give details and information one by one, and wait for your interpretation...

Ok now depending on your path it could be a number of possibilities my first reaction is a night terror i get them myself, my husbands really quik now he catches me before i get out of the door.... theres the hag syndrome ,im not sure if you woke paralyzed or tired its the sighns, (that info is on wiki, should you want to know more) theres a precog vision, those are followed by an almost insane desire to find out what it was, and they dont feel like dreams..... theres the fact you experienced the banshee, you know the answer to that or last not least, it couldve just been a dream , a plethura of the events that happened during your day and your subcontiouse putting them together how it wants... ive got a more spiritual dream book and a psychological one, hope this didnt confuse you too much i youd like me to look in my book or someone else is nice enough, you could have all new options on those meanings.... blessings and i hope it wasnt a well

I agree withHolistic. Other people can help you interpret your dreams to a certain extent, but you are always the best person for the job. What do you feel the dream/nightmare meant? Trusting your intuition is generally a good idea, it will rarely steer you in the wrong direction.
