Use the contact form from the shopping site to report this to the shippers.
Sometimes an item becomes out of stock before your order is shipped. If this is the case it will say Back Order or B/O on your packing slip.
Sometimes human error happens and an item i mis-picked, forgotten or gets broken during shipment. If any of these things happen, again, use the proper contact form for the quickest responce. We can not solve this issue in the forums, for starters because we have no idea which order is yours.
In any case our policy is to ship out the item immediately to you for free (or a similar items) or refund if you would rather do that.
