The great advantage of Wicca, to most people, is that it can be anything the group wants it to be.Originally there were no Priests or Priestesses in Wicca. There was no real "format". Wicca is a very "loose" religion; Pagan in-so-much as it has nothing to do with the main, organised religions.Wicca is a name given to witchcraft by Gerald Gardner when he was trying to make witchcraft legal in Britain.
So, Wicca, really is anything you want it to be! There are a great many different "types" of Wiccans now in the world. Not all of them practise the same way!
So yes! There are groups similar to Freemasons. But do not mix them up!Freemasonry is not a religion.

I guess before I could answer that question fully I would need to know what you meant by "like the Freemasons". Could you clarify your question a bit?

But if you're thinking that the Free Masons are a Wiccan group....They are not Wiccan. They aren't any religion at all.

im sorry to have to disagree slightly here , but freemasons do believe in god, although that said they are not a religion, but as said they do believe in faith. the freemasons accept people of all religions, their only interest in what faith a person practices is their belief in god not the religion.
many blessings macus

Perhaps you misunderstood what I was saying...or perhaps I wasn't clear enough. When I said that the Freemasons didn't have a religion I was trying to say that Freemasons don't follow one specific religion. All that they require of their members is that those members believe in a Supreme Being. What those members call that Supreme Being and how they choose to worship that Being is up to the individual member. But Free Masonry itself is not a religion.

There are some Wiccan groups that are open to new members and some that are not. And many Wiccan groups do try to do some sort of community work. You might want to look at the state listings at http://www.witchvox.net to see if there are any groups near you.
