Whats going on with me

so im new to meditation i tried to do meditation so while i was doing it it felt like my mind and my head sinking what is it and is it normal iv never meditated before either so ?

Hey magickforyou,you say u r new to meditation and written in your bio that u have been practising magick fr 4 years.how come ths happen?Meditation is one of the basics and you need to meditate a lot if u practise magick.This implifies u r also new to magick!
