Occultforums.Com (not for people sensitive to criticism, this crowd has snark as well as magick and aren't afraid to use either.)
TheEnigmaLeague.Net (looks intimidatingly vast, with subforums of every kind and so much activity but it's really quite homey.)

Too bad Bewitching Ways went down... I think they had a community on Livejournal, but it didn't really pick up activity when the main site went down. Actually, I've noticed blog communities tend to have more trouble keeping activity up than forums... still, wouldn't hurt to browse.
