Angels are given a magnitude of jobs to carry out in servce of the God they're under,so yes the angel mentiod above may very well exist.Archangel are usally given much harder jobs to perform,unlike angels that may get one universe to look over,Archangels may watch multiple universes' along with various parallel universes'.
