@ iminlove pictures of dragons? i raised an eyebrow at the 'dragon rider' line, but pictures? you do know they're astral and not physical right? i think you're the only person who studies Dragon Magick a 'dragon rider', mage is the most common name i hear. how long have you been practicing?
yes it is normal. for i was born a healer but i was also born very psychic as well. for ever at age 4 i was and still are able to stop thing from hitting me. there was this time wen i was in junior high school, i was to open on speaking to other of my beliefs as a wizard. so this one kid thought it would be funny to trow a solid ball of paper at me. so i sough the paper coming at me in the corner of my eye and i stopped it by thought it stopped in mid air. after that i really freaked out the class for they did not believe it is possible to control matter with thought until they seen what i did in the class.
there was also this time i spotted a tree that was dieing and i pout my hand on the tree and visualized the the tree becoming healthy aging at age 13 after i did that the tree instantly become very healthy.
but now i am a Reiki practitioner and i now i primarily use Reiki for healing.

what could could do is try different things, if they don't feel right, then move on. OR i find meditating on a question works wonders. you don't have to sit and meditate, you could go for a walk alone, without any music, and look for an answer, you could interpenetrate your dreams, skry, or even do a tarot or oracle reading to help you find a path. i've been studying for nearly a decade, and i don't have one solid path. i started out with a lot of Egyptian influence, now i study Dragon Magick, but i also do potions, tarot reading, palmistry, deviation, spirit/medium work, herbalism, energy healing and many many other things. as well, you don't have to have study magical things only, look into gardening, if you're interested in herbalism. genealogy is a hobby of mine, but also rather important to know yourself. learn from your past, which is why a lot of witches study history and mythology. there's a lot you can study, but there's no short cut to figuring it out. meditation and skrying though can help point you in a direction.
