How do you ask your guide to guide you through your dream? Is there a certain way to do it?

There is not a certain way to do it. It is up to you. I suggest that you go and meditate and try talking to your guide or you can focus on yourself and stay calm then you ask if your spirit guide is there and you should hear a voice in the back of your head. Ask it afterwards. (got the last part from a video a while back)

Also remember that guides come when they need to. We also must find answers for ourselves at times.
