Asian witchcraft.

Hi,i was wondering if anyone here knows anything about witchcraft from places like china and japan,i'm interested in learning about orintal witchcraft, here's what i know so far, chinese witches use tools like staffs and are known for the knowlege of the magickal properties of herbs and studie of astrology, and japanese witches are useally divided into to groups, those who have snakes as familiars and those who have foxes, fox witches being the most common, and that in japan witches are known for they're relationship with animal spirits and in japan the term "witch" is use to describe a woman of great skill or fame(or at least it was a few hundred years ago) anything anyone can/will add will be appreciated.

I'm curious as to how black magic can be related to Taoism as the three principles common to each school are compassion, moderation, and humility and principles of non-action. >_o

Some people look at black magick different ways,to me the effect of the spell you're doing doesn't matter,it's the energies and deities/enteties you're working with that makes it white or black.
