Hi, I just started practicing spells and I was wondering if there were any simple spells, or preferred spells that I could do to help me get started and improve?

if you are new, then you must first need how to make simple protection spells (these protection spells will be very useful in a lot of workings)..

you will want to study and know how to create holy waters (salt and water consecrations).. there are lots of possible ways on how to make one.. you could ask someone here (on the right hand path of course) to teach you how..

holy waters (as what others are saying-oh because i'm not using this anymore because I've been into left hand path now) can be use as a means of protection, to purify things, to bless things, etc..

infernal blessings..

If you are completely new, I would suggest learning your basics first. You'll need them when casting a spell. Meditation, visulization, focus, herbs, moon phases, color corresponances, all of these are very important when preforming magick.
And also, there is alot of trial and error when casting spells, so keep a record of what works, and what doesn't. It'll help you later on if you decided to write your own spells.
I hope you find this helpful! :)
Blessed Be!!
