Ok so i'm new here and at magic and I was casting a spell outside regarding the elements. It was a clear, sunny day! The winds were completely calm. Until I got really concentrated on the spell, then the wind went crazy! I actually had to put my hands over my skirt. It lasted for until i finsihed talking. So is this a good or bad sign? ( I did a second spell outside and the saqme thing happened )

@ We_Eat_Cake to assume it was in regards to your spell, it might just mean the spell was cast, perhaps you used too much energy if it wasn't a weather spell. it isn't a bad thing, magic is energy, it's neither good nor bad, only the caster can determine if the spell is good or bad.
aliayyam you will know you're a good spell caster simply by intent. if you wish to do 'white magic' and cast for good, then that's how you'll know. if you mean how to know a spell was successful, harder to say. spells can take anywhere from minutes to months to work, with practice you'll become stronger at your skill and it will take less time [unless the spell specifies on the length it'll take]
Very interesting. You must have been really concentrating to produce that effect. Some spells by their own nature are more powerful than others. And since the weather is my specialty it doesn't strike me as a bad sign but a sign of how much power that particular spell has. Or how much power you have. Considering that you were outside and the Sun was shining that might of boost the power of that spell. Many factors are in play when doing spells on the elements and the weather. When you walk outside you have no idea the type of energy that is in play when doing magic. What kind of the elemental spell was this?
