Help w/ Astral Projecting

I've been trying to astral project and this morning I felt the vibrations and a high pitched sound like a whistle. The sound and vibrations died down, after that was I supposed to start pulling my astral body out? Because after the vibrations and noise I just opened my physical body's eyes.

Try to project out your astral body from your physical during the vibration phase. Try to to tense up. Stay calm and relaxed. The hardest part is to let your self go (or at least it was for me and some others I know) if the vibration goes away when you are still trying to project from where you were feeling the vibrations then continue trying to project. Don't try to force your physical eyes to stay closed. If they open they open. And you can try another time. But astral projection is no simple fete to accomplish. You need to be dedicated and practice regularly. Be determined and confident. If you think negatively you will get the negative effects of not successfully projecting astrally.

This is a normal experience, audible 'hallucinations' are common, I once for a week straight every morning woke up with these sounds in my head, no matter how loud something else was to try and block it out, the noises prevailed, and continued.

This lasted for awhile, but after some research, it was supposed to be the extension of the dream in waking life, only audible. If you begin to experience hallucinations that you can see, don't be afraid, as these are also from your astral state, it happens quite often to me after I wake up.

Just calm yourself more, and simply listen to what your instincts tell you to do in the astral state, they are more intense, and can lead you to better places

Try holding one arm unsupported in the air just like bent at the elbow. The concentration should help and if you fall asleep you should wake up when your arm falls.
