I agree with awarlock i once feared death . And i actually did start to go crazy and become paranoid. Then at one point i just realized why fear it if its going to come sometime and spend the time you have left as goodtimes. If is afraid of death i advise you to think how i thought. You might get yourself into more danger when you are worried about death than when you arnet
I hate life. I hate it because I hate our era and I hate humans. No one pesonally, I just hate humans. I don't fear death, but I don't want it either. I don't want to "move" on. I just never really wanted to exist. Not that I'm all whiny and sad about my life, I just don't like it. You could say humans and god ruined it for me. :)
death has never scared me, it's a fact of life 'nothing is certain in this life except a beginning and an end.' i spend a lot of time as a child in cemeteries with my thoughts, and i have always planned my funeral, never my wedding. maybe it's morbid, but i'm not like that. i just feel calm, it clears my mind.
There is notthing to fear about deat. Its the fruit of life. All that lives must grow old and die its what makes this world beautiful. So do not fear the slumber of darkness except it and embrace it, be one with it and you will never feel left out or alone. Besides its not eternal, just teamporary. :)
Why fear something you can't avoid ? For me in my belief its a transition period from one to the next. In general people often fear death because they don't know what is to come afterwards. I can hold true in that the faith in what believe is some where on the right track and go from there. Its one of those things I'll get worried about when I get there. Even the pain of dying doesn't really phase me but I personally feel that pain is only momentarily and passes like anything else.
I don't fear death. I don't know what comes after it- I believe in reincarnation, but I'm not sure- and I'm anticipating the moment where I find out.
But I fear pain.
