Hi all, I am a 42 yr old woman and I joined this site hoping to find some guidance. Quite a few 'major life changing' events have happened to me and my family and has left me, generally speaking, in an emotional turmoil, a crossroads if you will. I have recently found myself with feelings of envy and jealousy of others and I do not like where my thoughts, feelings are going. I would like to learn how to 'quiet' my soul and maybe learn how to cast out my feelings to more positive outlook.
As far as spells, etc., I have cast some, not a lot, but as of late, I feel lost and need guidance.

Any help, suggestions, etc. would be appreciated

hello: and welcome to SOM. I am going through some life altering issues, back the big thing is I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. You must strive to see each step forward as one step closer to your ultimate goal of total inner peace,I see life as much too short to get engulfed in a shell of envy, jealousy, or turmoil, we all learn from the twists and turns this world hands us. I have found that meditation can be a blessing and learning to release the anguish and inner anger can lighten your load on the path to your ultimate journey and destiny. Try some good hot chamomile tea, sit back and relax, let go of your emotional baggage, it may seem hard at first but the journey to healing emotional wounds is well worth the effort.I see a brighter future for you, just by asking you've begun your journey.

Hello, and Welcome to SoM! I hope you enjoy the site. I am sorry to hear about your "crossroads", However, I am glad to see that you are willing to use magick as though it were a lifestyle of yours, to get through these feelings. Might I suggest some relaxing meditation, and an auric cleansing? I have a wonderful technique to cleanse one's aura. Also, writing about your feelings, whether it is on the computer, or in a journal, etc. Is a good way to vent those pent up feelings. If need help, feel free to message me.
