I would like to offer an alternative perspective. You described that you had a sudden change of mood. You also described that you tend to be unsociable, somewhat a loner. Also, you described a heavy feeling in your chest, which affects your breathing.
Perhaps you might consider that you are suffering from mental distress with medical origins? The feeling in your chest could be attributble to anxiety and depression .Depressed people often describe a sensation of weight. Mental distress can be observable in how you interact socially, and you sound like you are somewhat isolated. Physical symptoms of anxiety are felt around the chest, as they are related to the heart. Distressed people can often develop an inner private relationship with another 'being', if you will.
In no way am I saying this is the 'right' answer. I think it may benefit you to look at things from different angle. Maybe both views are true.

no offence or anything, but i rather die than go to a church. besides i can't drive so i can't go to one myself. scratch that, there is one next to me haha, but i dont think a priest is going to believe a 16 year old girl.
If you describe what you are going through I'm sure they will. I know you hate church, I hate church but, think of this as something you have to do. Of course, no one can make this decision for you, but I'm sure you would benefit from it. I can also guess that they will probably believe you because children and teenagers are the most highly exposed things having to do with witchcraft,divination, and such so. I'm not saying that's the reason it happens but, that's what some people think.
I thinkthat you should not get rid of the demon. If he tries to hurt then, ok, maybe you can start thinking about it, but, I don't think you should do it.
Demons are not always evil.
I know a demon and I wouold never ever get rid of him.
If he's a friend then why not name him, C'MON people!!!! If he's a friend then why get rid of him?
