You should know that any type of a kinesis is an illogical endeavor. Even if you could generate the energy needed to control the elements, it would be a miniscule drop in the vast ocean that is the elements. Not to mention the fact that its utterly impossible. If you know someone who can show it to me, by all means, point me in their direction.
Kenises is possible. I am acquainted with the wind.. That doesn't mean I'm the new airbender, but my will is known to influence it. Please understand I have been practicing this skill for as long as I can remember, and it does not always work, but don't assume things are so impossible just because you haven't seen it. If you lived in my city I would show you myself.
I think the general idea behind the kinesis, is fining something, (like the elements in this case) and controlling.
I think this may relate to you feeling 'Powerless' in some situations and you want to regain control over anything, and the kinesis are an outlet for you.
Before there was pyro and cyro and all the other ones, there was telekinesis. This man went public with the idea of being able to move things with his mind. He would face the object (something small like paper, or a pencil) and look at it, then move his hands over it and it would move. But the trick was, moving his hands was a cover for what he was really doing, he would blow a small gush of air to move it. That's where this whole kinesis thing started.
I would honestly say this will not work for you. But i can't know everything, and can't control what you're going to think.
I'm not sure about physical except for maybe wind and occasionally fire and lightning(rarely),but when it comes to wielding energy I'm not too shabby in my opinion anyways. I can slightly harden objects with my ki and also use it to compact/compress my muscles and vice versa. The elements are a different story though because I don't use external energy ,because I have an almost infinite supply of internal energy so I have a problem controling mana since I'm not used to it. But I work at it,just in case, because I sometimes I have to purify or if need be exsponge evil spirits but sometimes and I'm not too keen on this any overwhelming good in the world.
