The Old Fashioned Way nothing special (like seeing them, Hearing about them and such) or maybe visions Unless I Was Told By One Of the Fallen Angels AKA Demons, about someone that is Corrupting The Balance of the universe by any deed small or Huge.
and as I said I have to confirm the guilt First, before I do the act.

If everyone does not believe in karma does that make it unreal? There are those who will tell you that magic is not real. Are they correct? Whether you believe in the idea of "you reap what you so" or not it still exists. All are affected by it and in some cases we all share a similiar karmic burden.
I do not agree for that becuase black magick is not evil and even if it was
It does not come back at you this is a statement from a black magick practicer in person.
Just one more take on the matter, as though you haven't heard enough opinions already-
While I certainly believe there are a number of karmic forces working to balance the universe, I hardly think this is absolute. If someone is truly awful, then I certainly feel mechanisms will start to conspire against them in some fashion, but I don't believe "justice" is a guarantee, and for the most part I feel the world is only fair if good people fight to make it so. In a way, we're all agents of "karma".
That said, work on shielding. There's plenty of fantastic posts and articles on this site if you're willing to dig a bit (http://www.spellsofmagic.com/read_post.html?post=288759&offset=10 is my personal suggestion for shielding info). Learn as much as you can. I know you don't want to start a war, but it's never a bad idea to have your armor at the ready, so to speak.

So when I believe one way I am wrong becasue you don't believe what I do but when you believe something it is truth? If you get to create your world then so do I. The difference is I don't think I am a god.
