i have noticed that many of the basics of magic are universal things that many forms and arts also share ill give an example of this meditation is one of the most baic forms of basics for many religions arts and ways of life.

True! Every type of Martial Art has really nothing to do with actually fighting. It is training to have enough confidence to never having to fight! And it is mainly by meditation.

yes i have noticed that the emergence of "MMA" is all about fighting and these people learning this lose the actual art in martial arts they dont learn to be one with their bodies which is why there not considered great competitors but i was noticing how much my training has prepared me for other things as i learn more and more
