Pagan Holiday Recognition

This is a petition to have the pagan holidays nationally recognized so that you cannot be fired from work, get in trouble with school, etc. for missing days because of religious reasons. Please check it out! This is kind of a chance for equality.

If your parents know you are pagan, and you decide to take the day off, all it takes is going to that parent, going "Mom/Dad, I want to take off ___ so I can practice my religion, will you fill out this form that the school gave me so I could take off on a religious holiday?"

If you have a job, you should inform your boss of your wish to take the day off. You don't have to necessarily say why, but if you say it's for religious purposes, they will be more willing to give you the day off. You don't have to tell them that you are pagan if you don't want though.

I hope we all understand that equality does not mean special privileges.
