You might find your solution in diet and herbs, rather than spells. For example, intolerance to wheat can cause bloating, fatigue, and discomfort. Check with a food allergy advisor, then if that doesn't help, you could consult a qualified herbalist. Remember to keep your doctor informed of anything you might take, as herbs can interact with othodox medicines :)

Firstly, stay away from carbs! If your talking about menstrual cramps/bloating/etc, try some White Sage tea. It is a great stomach tonic and can really help with cramps, bloating, fatigue, etc.
Also, taking red raspberry leaves for a long period of time can prevent further cramps in the future. Herbs that are known for helping with cramps, especially menstrual cramps include:
Yarrow (tea, several times a day)
In addition, heat is great for these type of things (trust me, I know!). Place a hot water bottle over your lower abdomen. Stay hydrated and drink lots of water! A simple way to help with this is to eat something rich in vitamins with some hot tea.
Scientific studies show that bananas are great for cramps! Eat a banana.
Another tea method is to add some lemon juice to normal tea. Also, if you arent underage, add a little dash of whisky to the tea.
Teas to drink for cramps:
The methods I mentioned
Tea with ginger powder
Also, vitamin B12 tablets will also help a great deal.
Over my years in herbalism I have found all of these methods to be effective. I used to get severe cramps too, so I have tried a lot out. Dont worry either, I am a licensed herbalist. :)
