inner demons are the side of you that people find hard to belive exists because you hide it so well. the basic inner demons of most are those that we hide for fear that people will think we are that much different from them. the best way to 'contact' our inner demons is to listen to yourself and think about what you are hiding from people and just let it out when your alone
