Oracle,what do you mean by "western" ? No matter where you stand on this planet,west is on one side, east on the other.Unless you are standing exactly on one of the Poles, when you will be facing north or south!
I see what is going on and personally i believe this is normal, as horrifying this my seem to us this is part of our Earth Mother's cycle. I find it imposable to believe that these occurrences are brought on because she is mad at us. one thing the Earth Mother teaches us in this human experience is that she is all about change for the bettering of your self: Plants do it; animals do it; she do it. These natural geological and climactic events is the way the Earth Mother protects herself and flow in-line with her cosmic order. I do admit that we may do things that may seem harmful and may shorten the atmosphere and environment that is comfortably viable for human existence, but it is something that is bound to happen sooner or later. sometimes we fail to see that the Earth Mother has her own life cycle to play out, just as we do and her other planetary siblings as well. another thing every thing we use comes from her or her cosmic physical outer realm (outer space)in some way or another, and returns back to her someway or another as well, so I don't think so much is going on, this is what is suppose to happen. also i don't believe this is a personal attack of any kind.
One thing no one should do is dwell on yesterday, learn from it and move forward. Events, moments occur every second of everyday the best thing to do is look onward and also a lesson i think we can learn is, how to grow and be self improving while respecting our self, each other, our Earth Mother's domain, and the cosmic universe.
Yes,forte! The Earth is changing, as it has done for millions of years. At times my country has been covered by a tropical sea, then it was a desert, then it was covered in ice.It has gone through many changes, animal, vegetable and mineral.
As much as I hate what is going on now, I believe that this time right now IS a cycle. The time of death is creeping ever so closer and not because of all these disasters or myths; it is because we have already had our cycle of birth, now its time to move on to the spin of the wheel.
