I need a simple but effective spell to make a really big pain of a co-worker stop working there. I've tried the "make an enemy move away" spells but to no avail. HELP!!!! This person is making my life miserable, and I LIKE where I work. So why should I leave? HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Hmm, well firstly anything you do which causes a negative to someone else will come back upon you in some way. Just as when you do bead things it often comes back on you with unforseen circumstances. Now the real question is what is this person doing exactly that makes them so deserving of losing their job?

This sounds like a rather selfish act to me, and selfish acts have a way of coming back to bite us in the you know where. My advice, learn to be more sagely and not let the nonsense others spew bother you so much. Best advice you will get I think. Take care.

Ravencross, are you sure you are not the one who is a "big pain" to work with? If you have a problem with a co-worker, you need to attempt communication with that person first. If thatdon't work, thengo to the next step which is complain to your immediate supervisor. Follow the chain of command and document every efforts you have made. Communication and Documentation is the key . It doesn't hurt either if you read your employee manual. Believe whenI say, problems with co-workers may tend to bite you in your rear, by you getting terminated.

Not all problem or trouble in life requires you to make up a spell. Use common sense, it does work. Also, remember cooler heads always prevails .

Good luck to you.

what do you do when this co-worker is getting INNOCENT people fired from their workplace, people who have families to support just because she doesn't like them. She is a detriment to my workplace and to see hardworking innocent people lose their jobs because of her is BULLSHIT.
