Stones?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone has any information about stones and gems and such. I want to find something to help controll my emotions and help me think crealy, because my mind has been very blured for some reason latly, pobably over thinging thing again, lol. But anything about stones and what they do would be greatly apperciated. Thank you.
