I don't think it's impossible for someone to be less than 100% human. Scientists have been able to engineer animals with human components for a while now. It's quite possible, and indeed probable, that in the future the reverse could be engineered. However, causing such a change with magic is such a complex feat that I would imagine it beyond the capabilities of even the most advanced practitioner
Nothing has been proven impossible yet. And I don't think you can ever deem anything as impossible. A long time ago, people thought flying was impossible. We are 3/4 of the way there, we have planes. If you were living way back then, and you saw how we were living now, you would think nothing is impossible.
but if you really wish to be half demon the accumulate enough bad karma then in your next reincarnation you might get your wish (hey at least I’m giving a real answer)

Nothing is impossible but wishing that something can be like you wish it to be doesn't make it so. People also used to believe that to fly you needed to develop personal wings to flap. There were numerous crappy flying machines that people truly believed in that failed utterly. Why? Because they didn't work.
The way you envision something to be is not always how it is. When most people say on this site that something is impossible it is because somebody is asking for a specific vision of something that simply doesn't work the way they want it to.
Curing cancer may well happen, but it happens with hard work and actual exploration based on actual reality rather than the way we simply wish things to be. Otherwise people would still be rubbing their joints with the hearts and livers of birds to cure their arthritis pains.
A demon is a creature of spirit. They do not possess a physical form. When you read of a spirit possessing a specific form you are reading of how it appears within your mind's eye. To attempt to become "half-demon" is to invite possession or, at the very least, alien influence on your emotions and personality. To bind one to your own spirit... well, the results of this would be fascinating and likely quite unpleasant for both the demon in question and yourself.
Hard work, as always, is the best answer. If you wish to be something other than what you are, mind, body, or spirit, then you should seek to do so. Meditation, exploration of the self, and determination can help you change your own personality traits and evolve spiritually. Physical activity can help you improve your physical condition and cosmetic changes ranging from makeup and hair dye to surgical implants and alterations can aid you in altering your appearance.
By all means, become who you feel you should be. But don't assume that some mysterious method will appear just because you decided to meditate like the millions of other dreamers who came before you.

There are plenty of things that are not possible. It is not possible; for one creature to know everything, that we do not exist in some form, or that there is not a higher power than us living in the universe. Those who wish to continue to believe in that anything is possible need to wake up, grown up, and step out of the fantasy they like living in.
Balance is what enables you to see the reality that our perceptions show us and what is actually real. If you can't separate what is actually possible from what is out of the possibility than you can not understand what can be done using magic and what can not.
Just because you say something is true does not mean it is. No matter how many times you say it, it will not become true if it is not possible for it to be.
Maybe nothing is immpossible, but that dosen't mean that everything is likely. Even if you're not barking up the wrong tree, you still would be barking up a tree shorter than you, therefore what may be possible is very very very unlikely.
