burn Lavender, whether it's an incense, or an oil (in a burner) it helps with relaxation, so do most floral scents. Why use magic on something that you can do yourself with just a few cheap ingredients from a dollar tree or walmart? You don't need a spell to relax. Also consider meditation or visualization (another form of meditation) to help you relax as well. I personally find working with a thunderstorm cd and imagining myself walking through it (or quiet sounds of nature like leaves rustling and putting yourself there) works really good as well.
