There is very little anybody can do to change their height. The medical profession is constantly researching the problem of "little people". Some stretching exercises might help you, but the idea that you could grow 6 inches with a spell? Don't buy into that! You are already programmed by your genes as to the height you will reach. And even that doesn't last! We actually shrink with age. When I was in the Army (aged eighteen) I was measured at 5'10". Last year when I was measured, at my doctor's surgery, I was 5'7".
Research goes on, trying to find a way to alter the genetic "code"; so far with little success. Perhaps it is better to accept the height you are!
It has been said again and again. I will say it one more time. Magic alone cannot change any physical part of your body. It cannot make you younger, older, thinner, taller, change your hair or eye color.
There are ways you can change your looks, but don't expect magick to be it.
By the way, a height spell on eBay? I guess they'll sell anything on there these days.
I see spells as manipulation of energy and since our bodies are simply energy--spells can definitely have an impact. Your body is a collection of atoms that are organized in various ways and those organizations can be altered as long as you believe they can and give permission. You could actually do these things yourself--your body is under your control completely. If you cannot muster the belief then the spell may end up just showing you a way to grow taller (limb lengthening surgery for example) that is within what you are able to believe.

Probably the best height spell you will get is time. If you have already stopped growing then you should learn to accept who you are and your height as part of that. You could use energy to cause the effects of time to speed up but it will stunt the rest of your growth and probably have more unforeseeable consequences such as paralysis or permanent back pain.
