Although today scientists think that dejavu is simply your brain storing information to long term memory instead of short thus giving u the feeling u have done it before.

Dejavu is an indicator when someone or something is trying to make a change in the past.

One day i poured juice into a glass, i went to another room, when i wanted to drink it, i had a dejavu and when i looked, the glass in which i know i poured juice was empty.

U can never hide the truth from someone that wants to know it.

By the way its a natural ability not a gift.

De Javu is merely an "impression" on the brain. You "see" an image, almost like an instant photograph, that impresses itself on the brain. Then there is an almost instant re-play of the image; so you think you have seen it before. People with epilepsy experience dejavu many times during a Petit Mal. My wife has epilepsy, and I cannot count the number of times she has "been here before", when it is impossible for her to have done so. Dejavu is an illusion, and it can at times be quite frightening.

I know this is pedantic, but the term is 'deja vu', not 'de javu'. And as Brysing says, it is a trick of the mind that can be brought about by epilepsy or similar disorders. It also occurs when the brain forgets something that is learned but a trace of the memory remains, and similar situations invoke a feeling of familiarity. It is not however a gift or ability of any kind.

Yes, Luis, your spelling is correct. I was spelling it as others on the site, Deja Vu it is. By the way, my wife's epilepsy is now very much controlled by a wonderful drug, Tegretol; so she does not get much Deja Vu these days.

The ability to read people ..eyes or otherwise I would assume is a mixture of intuition and empathy.
I personally can read people quite well in a face to face situation.

Deje Vu is kinda confusing to me. I always dreamed something and then it'd happen randomly days, weeks, months even years later and recognize it seconds before it starts. That's what I was under the impression that's what Deja Vu was. Any one wanna help clarify for me please? ^^
