I have never been into meditation. I'm wondering what the purpose is for. Is the goal to clear all thoughts from you're mind? If you do how long are you suppose to stay that way? I don't see myself being able to quiet my mind. It's scary in there, lol. What are the benifits fron doing meditation. I just finished doing my last round of chemo.(pray it's the last time.)
wondering if meditation would help. My fear or it coming back doesn't help, I know. It's hard to not live in the whole cancer state of mind. Surronding yourself in white light isn't meditation, right? sorry for all the questions.
