Usually its a yr and a day of training, but thats like of coven regulations.
I find that since theres soo many areas to work on, one needs to start with one and focus on that for a few months till they know it down and can practice it with ease(and then either continue at the basic lv or intensify the training to improve).
I've learned from personal experience, trying to learn many topics at once leaves you only with many books only partially read. You end up spreading yourself in a number of directions that nothing actually gets done, especially if you do it along normal teachings such as school, work and everyday life.
Also, not all spells on this site are real or actually work. Some of them you have to tweek them, and others you have to just feel if it feels right to you. Best bet, just learn how to create your own, they'll be the most powerful spells you could cast cause they come with your full intent and desire.
well said glim i don't think i need to add much more, just use common sense when casting spells, if you are confused to certain information you can ask me, glim , one or two mods around etc. we are here to help.
Here are some spells that have worked for me from one time or another. Here's the first one. It's a love spell. Begin by saying "Thrice round let the spell be bound", then write a love poem about what you want to happen and then end it with the words "so mote it be".
Here's the second one to make someone think of you. Buy a pink magick candle and some rose oil from a local occult shop. Inscribe the person's name on the candle and anoint it with the oil. Light it and chant their name. They should contact you soon.
Here's another simple one. Say "Money, money come to me. It is my will so mote it be". And money or the opportunity to make money should come to you.
definetly practice, when i was trying a fire spell it took me a month to get a spark, its on month two and im getting better. also my suggestion is to vary your training, because knowing something in one area might help you in another!
