How do you find out who is your spirit guide?

Can you talk to them?

Is there a special way of meditating to communicate w/ your spirit guide?

Is meditation the way to finding your spirit guide?

I usually recommend that you meditate outside, and ask the spirit guide to show themselves to you. It might take a few times, but you will learn who they are.

As for talking with your guide, there really isn't any special way, you would just talk to them no different than you would talk to another individual. You can honor your spirit guide by leaving them a small offering or burning a special incense though.
