hi this is relly good when your tired , need a little rest or you take long to sleep
lay in bed get comfertable. close your eyes . and say : i want to sleep so mote it be 3 times . while you breath in count to 3 and while you breath out. do this 3 times and then clear your mind. and in any second youll fall asleep. also if you want to sleep for a little you can say . I want to sleep for a little while make this sleep mild as i say so mote it be .
it relly helps when you come from school really tired you can do it and rest for a litle while :)
